How We Started
The Vantage Solutions was founded on a simple but urgent observation: the UK care sector is one of the most operationally complex, highly regulated, and critically important industries in the country yet it remains severely underserved by modern technology.
Care home managers spend up to 40% of their working week on administrative tasks. Staff operate from paper rotas, verbal handovers, and disconnected spreadsheets. CQC inspections expose compliance gaps that better operational systems would have prevented.
We founded Vantage Solutions to change that by building the operational layer that sits beneath everything: a workflow-first system that guides what should happen during every shift, in real time, for every resident.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Oluwakemi Gloria Kelani is the Founder and CEO of The Vantage Solutions. A highly accomplished management consultant and strategist, she brings over five years of experience leading complex, high-stakes initiatives within government and regulated environments. Her career combines strategic thinking with operational execution skills that directly shape how Vantage Solutions approaches product design, client relationships, and organisational accountability.
Oladotun David Olanipekun
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Oladotun David Olanipekun is the Co-Founder and CTO of The Vantage Solutions. An experienced DevOps Engineer and cloud architect, he brings deep expertise in AWS serverless infrastructure and product design. What distinguishes Oladotun is his direct experience working within the UK care sector in both private and public settings giving him an operational understanding of care delivery that very few technology leaders possess.
